Today has been a good day. I was a little worried with all the kids home from school. (my 3 and two boys I babysit) Even though the weather isn't that great out, the kids have all been playing outside today. I got most of my house work done except folding the laundry and I had some alone time with Kailey today, which was nice. While all the kids were outside playing and Thomas down for a nap, Kailey and I made cookies. (6 dozen of them to be exact)
My parents mailed me a copy of our house plan last week and I just received them today. Now I have to start shopping for cabinets, tiles and that kind of thing. It's all starting to feel a little more real now. I'm excited to move but the packing and unpacking I'm not that into. I never knew how much junk we had, until we start sorting through everything. Mostly my kids are the pack rats. I got rid of a ton of toys, packed a couple boxes (of more toys) and their rooms are still full of toys. My kids have five sets of grandparents that spoil them.

Yes your kids have way to many toys! If you want to get rid of some of them I could use a few new toys. We don't buy toys because Tiarra neve plays with them but Peytan loves toys. See I got smart this time and I don't carry Peytan around like I did Tiarra.
Cute pics :) What the heck are you gonna do with 6 dozen cookies?! I'm sure it's not hard to find a way to get rid of them with all the kiddos around ;) Exciting stuff ~picking out everything for your new house. Do you know sort of know what you want as far as paint color, flooring, etc?
That's great that the kids start their Spring Break and they are outside playing. The last day for my kids before Springbreak is on Friday, March 16. I am hoping to take them swimming at the complex. Enjoy your time off with them.

We took a couple dozen to the girls dance school.
Building is so much fun, I am so excited for you guys. And yes, the packing and all that stuff is dreadful but keep your eyes on the prize ;)
Spring Break already?!?!? Although when I was in school it couldn't come quick enough! (Maybe you felt that way too?) I have no problem with you putting me on your links...I was wondering if I could add you to mine as well?
