Dinner is getting boring
Every Sunday I make a dinner schedule for the week. Lately it has been hard making meals because we are having the same kind of meals, week after week after week. If any of you have some kind of different or new type of meal that I could make, then give me a blog. Thanx
My favorite recipe is nuclear chicken. Basically it's chicken with 1/4 cup of mustard, 1/2cup of honey,2tbls. of curry and 1 tbls of butter. It's amazing. You can serve it with rice and a veggie of your choice. I will make it when you and Karen come.
2 Cups cooked chicken 10 oz cooked broccoli or asparagus 10 oz, cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup mayo 1 tsp. curry powder 1 tsp lemon juice 1 cup grated cheese
Cut chicken in bite size pieces, arrange in buttered casserole, with broccoli, or asparagus. Mix together soup, mayo, curry, & lemon juice and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered, at 350 for 30-35 min.
I got this recipe from the Best of Bridge cook book. Hope you like it!
