Oh the Things That Come Out of Kailey's Mouth!
Last Thursday we had sushi for dinner. I took the girls to go pick up the food. As we are sitting in the restaurant, directly in front of us was the man making our food. Kailey looks at me with a serious look and says "So mom are these people Chinese." My face turned about 10 shades of red and I told her "shhhhhhh, I'll talk to you later." She then gets louder and says it again. Well the cook just starts laughing out loud and then I start laughing. I end up telling her quickly "sushi is Japanese, so this man is probably Japanese." And that was the end of that. Kids always have perfect timing to embarrass their parents. (She keeps me humble on a daily basis.)

Kids do say the darndest things. Nicholas always has the most interesting things to say!

It's cute how curious kids are... I know that R. is more the type to say something like that - they all have their own little personalities so young!!!
