My Beautiful Boy
I haven't blog lately because I our family has been going through a lot of issues we have had to deal with. My son has been diagnosed with Autism which has been extremely hard to deal with. (It is so hard to even type this on my computer but it helps make it more real.) We found out the day before Halloween. The doctors think he is only mildly autistic and will be able to live a pretty normal life. (Lets pray they are right) My poor little guy has to see quite a few doctors (at least 8) and it's going to be a hard and long road to walk but I know God will be walking right along with me. If you are reading this, please take a moment and pray for Thomas.

Hey, I know how hard all of this has been on you and Shawn. I have been praying for you all and you guys have all been in my thoughts. Please know that I am here for you anytime if you need to talk or get together. Thomas is such a special little boy and God surely has His hand on him. Thomas was knit specially in your womb and God has called him by name. May God grant you guys peace, love and comfort during this time.

So sorry to hear you have been going through such a rough time. I have a niece who is quite severely autistic and it can be quite challenging.
We also have a very good friend who lives out your way that specializes in helping autistic children. In fact I think you may have gone to school with his wife Sara.
If there is anything that I can do to help please let me know. The more resources and education one has the better we are able to get through these tough times.
